Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Postage and packaging costs for deliveries within the Republic of Ireland are Free of Charge above €30.

Our deliveries are undertaken by GLS and Fastway courriers.

The following are the charges:

Republic of Ireland

  • €30+ = Free Delivery within Republic of Ireland
  • Under €30 = €5 Postage and Packaging

United Kingdom including Northern Ireland

  • €30+ = €5 Postage and Packaging
  • Under €30 = €8 Postage and Packaging

Delivery charges may be lower at times due to company promotional initiatives .

We will endeavour to check that the quality of all orders shipped meet the high standards that our customers expect. All goods will be checked and verified by our order fulfilment staff prior to dispatch.

We do deliver overseas, however delivery charges vary. Click HERE for more detail. If your country is not listed then unfortunately we are unable to deliver there.

Delivery Time

Our normal dispatch period is 1 to 2 working days and we will endeavour to dispatch goods same day if you order before 2pm . Over 60% are dispatched in 1 working day., weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days, using GLS and Fastway recorded delivery service. The customer will be asked to sign for goods delivered. At this point the responsibility of the goods passes to the customer. It may be possible for parcels to be left in a secure place of your choice if you are not available to sign for your delivery. Please state your instructions in the customer notes box when placing your order. We will endeavour to meet your requirements but this may not always be possible.

All orders should be received in the Republic of Ireland within a maximum of 14 working days. Any claims for lost goods will not be entered into until after 15 working days from despatch. All European and rest of world orders should reach their destination within 25 working days. Claims will not be entered into until after 25 working days from despatch.

If goods are damaged in transit you must keep all packaging as this may be required when making a claim. It is incumbent on the customer to check the goods and notify the company within 48 hrs if there is any problem with the goods delivered.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified during the order process which may need to be verified before despatch .

On receipt of payment clearance we will dispatch your goods and inform you by e mail that your goods have been picked, packaged and ready for delivery.

In the unfortunate situation that your chosen goods are no longer available or due in within 6 weeks we will advise you by e mail. If we cannot fulfil your chosen order we will credit your method of payment.

Customs and Import Duties.

Your goods may or may not be charged customs or import duties depending on the value of your order. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

Unfortunately , these charges are beyond McMahons control, and can vary depending on each country. Accordingly we do suggest contacting your local customs office as they can correctly advise you on any charges that may be incurred.

On receipt of payment clearance we will dispatch your goods and inform you by e mail that your goods have been picked, packaged and ready for delivery.

Returns

We offer No Hastle Returns

We will endeavour to ensure that your order is despatched carefully to you and that it is to your satisfaction. However if you have cause for dissatisfaction with your goods you may return them. Goods must be in their original condition, unworn and repacked in the original box with a valid receipt and returned within 28 days of receiving them. Footwear should not be damaged or worn outside and no scuffing should appear on the sole. It is advisable to try on footwear on a carpeted area..not a timber floor or tiles so as to avoid any damage to the footwear. The box should not be defaced or damaged in any way. We reserve the right to impose a €5 charge if the goods /box are returned in a condition we deem unacceptable for resale.

In the unlikely situation that the goods are defective, please arrange return as possible and we will either deliver a new one or refund you the cost of the product and if applicable the original delivery cost. We will refund the product price only to the original credit/debit card used for the online purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred returning the product.

The following are the options in returning goods:

  1. Drop in to one of our stores in Thurles, Tipperary Town, Clonmel or Cahir.
  2. Return to our Logistics Centre

Upon receipt of goods, verification of condition of goods we will credit the costs of the goods only. We will not credit the cost of postage, unless there is a manufacturers fault with the goods. Please ensure your name, address and contact details are clearly visible on the return form.

All shoe and footcare products are non returnable
